Capacity Building for Local CSOs
The project for the capacity building for local CSOs aims to enhance community development concpets, productive approaches to facilitate/mobilize communities and project designing technical skills of social workers to do more productively in their respective social and peace building works in Rakhine state.
The project is funded by USAID/OTI and is scheduled to coduct (2) times of training program which is entitled "Professional Development Program (PDP)" for local CSOs in Sittwe, Rakhine state.
The Professional Development Program (PDP), a unique training program of BBS, is a three-month (off-office hours) intensive dual certificating training program, which is specially tailored for social workers who need to improve skills on strategic project designing, facilitation, communication and dialogue for community building and peacebuilding works.
The program approach is based on the fair combination of knowledge and practices through the period and the participants will have expereince on group project development practical exercises.
